Israel’s Ambas­sad­or to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan gave a special address at the annual con­fer­ence of the Executive Council of Aus­trali­an Jewry – ECAJ that took place on Sunday 29 November. Ambas­sad­or Erdan commended the strong and long­stand­ing rela­tion­ship between Israel and Australia and the important con­tri­bu­tion of the Aus­trali­an Jewish Community in promoting these ties.

Ambas­sad­or Erdan referred to the positive impact the Abraham Accords are already having in our region, as well as potential cooper­a­tion in the UN around common interest such as water, envir­on­ment, agri­cul­ture and more.
