On 16 April 2009 I deliv­ered rea­sons (the tri­al rea­sons) for the mak­ing of a dec­la­ra­tion that the respon­dent has been guilty of wil­ful and con­tu­ma­cious con­tempt of court on 24 occa­sions between 7 Decem­ber 2007 and 25 June 2008 by pub­lish­ing on the World Wide Web to the pub­lic mate­r­i­al in dis­obe­di­ence of orders made by Bran­son J on 17 Sep­tem­ber 2002 (the Sep­tem­ber 2002 orders) and in breach of an under­tak­ing giv­en by the respon­dent to Moore J on 27 Novem­ber 2007 (the Novem­ber 2007 under­tak­ing).
