I refer to our formal complaint con­cern­ing the above series which was emailed to the SBS “formal com­plaints” email address on 5 January 2012, and to your letter acknow­ledging receipt dated 9 January 2012.
I have now received inform­a­tion that as from 8 February 2012 SBS is planning to offer a DVD of the series for sale to members of the public. In case there should be any doubt, I confirm that our complaint relates not only to the airing of the series but also to any direct or indirect promotion of it by SBS, including by way of marketing and sales of the DVD.
