This is a summary of the reasons of Justice Lander delivered today for the orders and declar­a­tion made today.

On 17 September 2002 the Hon Justice Branson made a declar­a­tion and orders which had the effect of requiring the respond­ent, Dr Toben, deleting from a website which he con­trolled (the Adelaide Institute website) a document which was entitled “About the Adelaide Institute” and any further material which conveyed a number of imputa­tions which offended, insulted or humi­li­ated Jewish people for reason of their race.
