Brief outline from the FOC report:
The applicant seeks an extension of time within which to file and serve a notice of appeal from an order made by a judge of this Court on 16 April 2009. This Court’s power to extend time is contained in O 52 r 15(2) of the Federal Court Rules. For the reasons which follow, I will make the order sought by the applicant.
