Submission to the Review of Freedom of Religion and Other Human Rights in Australia

In November last year, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull announced the appoint­ment of an Expert Panel to examine whether Aus­trali­an law adequately protects the human right to freedom of religion.
Prime Minister Turnbull announced the Terms of Reference for the Review on 14th December, 2017.
The ECAJ has made a sub­mis­sion to the Review of Freedom of Religion and Other Human Rights in Australia, address­ing the Terms of Reference from the per­spect­ive of the Aus­trali­an Jewish community.
